Items presented for return with the original receipt or invoice may be exchanged for the same item, credit or refund. Shipping is not refundable. To return an item, call us at 844-856-8838 or email us at info@elitehempproducts.com for a return authorization number and instructions prior to returning item. Item must be returned with the original receipt or invoice at your expense unopened and perfect condition in order to exchange item or receive credit or refund. A return authorization number must be given prior to return or we will refuse the return. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for returns. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
